Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Commercial Lead - Business Development. for their client in Dubai which is a leading chain of high end luxury clinics across UAE.We are looking for a Commercial Lead with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in UAE as a Commercial Lead of a Business Development Executive at a chain of multi-site clinics.Candidates without experience in a multi-site chain of clinics would not qualify for this position.The ideal candidate would be a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Lead to support the commercial operations. This contributor will act as the operational arm of the Commercial Hub, responsible for executing commercial strategies that drive patient growth, revenue expansion, and profitability across all clinics under the brand. The role bridges strategy and execution - transforming group-level commercial plans into tangible business results. You would be responsible for Translating strategic goals into quarterly commercial action plans. Execute commercial strategies set by the Head of Commercial, including sales campaigns, pricing optimizations, and promotional activities across clinics. Collaborate with Head of Commercial for mid-term strategy refinement. Build and lead B2B relationships (corporate clients, insurers, lifestyle, & digital platform partners, affiliates). Prepare business cases and proposals for partnerships. Lead and implement initiatives such as patient reactivation campaigns, student/outreach programs, new service rollouts, and unified pricing/financing options. Maintain post-contract relationship and performance reviews. Lead service pricing analysis by treatment type. Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and service portfolio enhancement. Implement promotional campaigns with ROI tracking.Align pricing strategy with Finance and Operations. Prepare monthly market reports and competitor analyses. Analyze market trends in GCC dental sector to identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships with insurers, or new service lines. Identify growth opportunities by geography and service line. Use analytics to predict revenue trends. Monitor daily/weekly patient flow and revenue performance. Conduct quarterly commercial performance reviews with clinic teams. Collaborate with clinical teams to align commercial efforts with patient care standards, promoting upsell opportunities without compromising quality.Align promotional campaigns with marketing. Support operations on service mix design. Ensure clinical and commercial goals are ethically aligned .Maintain commercial governance documentation. Ensure adherence to UAE/DHA and internal compliance frameworks.
