Core Responsibilities:• Generate and source leads across Warû’s key verticals (Offices, F&B, Residential/Villas, Hospitality) through relationships, partners, targeted outreach, and industry networks.• Act as the first filter for all opportunities, qualifying leads based on strategic fit, budget, timeline, decision-making, and governance; confidently decline poor-fit opportunities.• Own and manage the CRM and sales pipeline (Zoho), tracking leads, progress, follow-ups, conversions, and visibility on priorities and founder involvement.• Nurture relationships with past clients and active leads through meaningful, insight-led engagement.• Manage RFPs and opportunities, coordinate internal inputs, and support the founder on technical and commercial proposals with clear briefing packs.• Support the founder by preparing
