Job Description

We are looking for a TRA e-Gov Consultant to be responsible for assessing the website and e-Services portals as per UAE e/m government guidelines and plan all required improvements. The consultant must provide all required consultation to our stakeholders to help them complete their action items with accordance to TRA indices/enablers, as follows:

  • Level of electronic/mobile transformation index.
  • Level of usage of electronic/ mobile services.
  • Level of satisfaction with electronic/ mobile services.
  • Level of public awareness about electronic/ mobile services.
  • Government websites? quality index.
  • Electronic/mobile service quality index.
  • Mobile services integration index.
??The scope for the consultant also covers validating the compliance with UAE Federal Website Quality Guidelines:

  • Site Architecture and Design
