Job Description

Job Purpose:To provide an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales and service targets with retained gross margins on volume and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance products, trade ins and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on CSV & NPS throughout the customer journey.?Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a seamless/excellent customer experience along with full guidance given to every and each customer, to meet their needs and to ensure they are fully empowered to make the right choice.
  • Achieve customer service standards and create the right environment for the customer
  • Achieve monthly unit sales and service targets by taking the customer through the Mall Customer Journey.
  • Achieve monthly Finance & Insurance product sales target
  • Excellent understanding of the sales systems. Good knowledge of digital platforms and confident in the use of all digital devices enabling support to customers during their mall experience.
  • Achieve the set Trade-ins and dealer installed options (DIO) Accessories sales targets.
  • Ensure capture of customer data. Conversion from Web/Walk to be at 25%.?
