Course Development:
Create comprehensive course outlines and develop relevant materials to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring a smooth and efficient online learning environment for students.
Assignment Review and Grading:
Evaluate and grade student assignments promptly, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Industrial Visits:
Plan, organize, and execute industrial visits to provide students with real-world exposure and practical insights.
Student Engagement Activities:
Develop and conduct activities to enhance student engagement, fostering a positive learning environment.
Fluent in English:
Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Emotional Intelligence:
Demonstrate high emotional intelligence to effectively connect with students and colleagues.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks related to training delivery, attendance tracking, and reporting.
