Job Description

  1. Develop tours, policies and procedures.
  2. Manage a team of tour guides and assistants in carrying out the tours for visitors.
  3. Manage the schedule and rotational shifts for the team members.
  4. Provide a detailed plan for the contents of the tour without compromising on quality.
  5. Maintain consistency in the curation of materials and their contents.
  6. Responsible for the training of all tour guides.
  7. Create and manage safety and security protocols for all tour guides.
  8. Perform tour guide duties as when required.
 Qualification Requirements
  1. Bachelors degree.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Tour Management or similar. 
  3. Minimum of 3 years experience at a supervisory level. 
  4. Bilingual speaker (Arabic and English)
