Attending day-to-day tour operation coordinator activities with high professional and sufficient way.
Ensure that all work executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with supplier & driver / guide.
Coordinate with supplier, Driver& guide for transportation and ground operation to make sure all services done accordingly to client?s schedule with accuracy and quality.
Must have good knowledge of all tour excursion, restaurants location, hotel location deliver to ground operation in well smooth manner.
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility to handle it.
