A large conglomerate based out of Dubai is seeking a Dynamic individual who will be leading their Total Rewards function across the group.
Your role:
The requirement includes Past proven Rewards, compensation and benefits experience right from conceptualization to execution, including salary surveys, salary reviews, bonuses and management of benefits.
The responsibilities include participating in salary and benefits surveys, preparing analysis and recommending pay-line through salary bench-marking.
Conducting exit interviews, monitoring turnover & headcount reports, etc. maintaining an awareness of potential problems together with the leadership team. Also, supervising payroll & ensuring timely payment of all kinds of salaries, bonuses etc.
Overall responsible for creating a quality environment and to meet the company objectives while ensuring that the related policy & procedures are up to date.
