? Assist receiving inspector in receiving materials related to Tool Store / Tool Container? Maintain, update and manage instruments / tools register, and perform timely calibration of instruments / tools? Maintain, update and manage tool kit container register, record all in-house and on site container/s database and perform reorder for missing parts and timely renewal of certification against each tool containers? Maintain, update and manage certification register and timely perform renewal of certification against lifting gears, slings, eyebolts, etc.? Obtain and maintain original and soft copies of lifting equipment certificates (from manufacturer and / or approved 3rd party inspection agency)? Perform computer business system transactions and issue tool store materials against works order/s? Perform computer system transactions for relocation of tool store materials? Maintain a database and record of tools managed outside computer business system, tool containers and incoming and outgoing material transaction.? Vet / Kit Tool Containers as per the standard work procedures and within the time frame described in the Container Work Instructions? Analyse and record the cost of reordering missing tools for container/s against a project? Timely report store supervisor and / or department manager with the performance against objectives? Ensure all parts / tools / instruments are stored in appropriate and accurately labelled packages, locations are properly labelled and maintained, kept clean and tidy, and access to stores is restricted to authorized personnel only.? Perform tasks as per the set KPI? Maintain stock control and efficient storage conditions for all company and customer owned inventory stored in company?s tool store areas.? Archive all relevant documents both in hard and soft copies as per the company standard tool store and tool container procedures.? Manage inventory levels and provide information on reordering points based on aging of materials? Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control requirements? Ensure all pathways and evacuation routs are free from obstacles? Maintain general housekeeping of tool store and container areas? Perform back up for warehouse picker and packer? Perform any other appropriate tasks as assigned by the store supervisor or department manager? Ensure compliance to QHSE rules.
