Tool & Die Technician-Level 2Key Responsibilities

Primary responsibility will be to support tooling requirements with regards to production stamping dies within the Fabrication Value Stream.
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair tasks across a wide range of dies with varying complexity across various departments.
Conceptualize, implement, and document continuous improvement solutions related to specific tooling supported, safety, and departmental productivity.
Responsible for interfacing with engineering and production personnel to implement cost-effective solutions which meet our customer?s requirements in regards to quality and minimal downtime.
Responsible for following established departmental practices and interfacing with stamping support coordinator to insure workload is completed according to the critical needs of the business.
Additional tasks include fabrication of replacement tooling, fixturing, and continuous improvement solutions in support of all ISC production tooling and equipment as needed.
