Job Description

We are seeking an experienced TikTok Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the TikTok entertainment anchor market in Dubai and proven operational experience in Singapore or the US. This role requires expertise in managing and growing a team of TikTok entertainment anchors and will play a pivotal role in expanding our digital presence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance TikTok operations with a focus on the entertainment anchor market in Dubai.
  • Utilize operational experience from markets like Singapore or the US to develop and implement successful strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of TikTok entertainment anchors, ensuring optimal performance and content quality.
  • Engage in year-round recruitment of agents and influencers, using recruitment software to maintain an efficient pipeline.
  • Train and develop teams, conducting regular workshops and training sessions.
  • Create and deliver compelling company presentations using PPT.
  • Assist with YouTube marketing video operations (preferred but not required).
