As a TikTok Livestream Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our TikTok live sessions, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging experience for our audience. You will work closely with our host and Tiktok team to maintain a positive community atmosphere and promote our brand values.Key Responsibilities:Monitor Livestreams: Actively watch and manage TikTok livestreams to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.Engage with Viewers: Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and concerns to foster a positive community.Moderate Content: Remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content, and take action against violators in accordance with our policies.Promote Engagement: Encourage audience participation, manage polls, and highlight viewer comments to enhance the livestream experience.Collaborate with Team: Work closely with content creators and the social media team to align livestream activities with overall content strategy.Report Insights: Provide feedback and insights from livestream sessions to help improve future content and viewer engagement.Handle Technical Issues: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during live sessions.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge: Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms, including trends, features, and community guidelines.Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and manage conflicts.Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of livestream technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate livestream schedules.
