Skills and Requirements for Ticketing agent˙˙1. Provides ticketing assistance to Corporate, MICE and VIP.˙2.Used detail orient skills for booking and ticketing reservations, date changes and cancellations with refunds and EMD using Amadeus reservations system.˙3. Previous experience with GDS is a must such as Amadeus, SABRE and Galileo are a must.˙˙4.˙Knowledge in fare interpretation such as fare bucketing and tax and must have knowledge with in depth airline terminologies.˙˙5. Knowledge with fare combinations and routing plans.˙
