Education

Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

ÿExperience

8 years overall with minimum 5 years experience in implementing end to end integration solutions with TIBCO BW, EMS
Familiarity with JSON, XML and Web Services. Expert in XPATH
Practical experience in application security such as SSL Certificates, cryptography
Practical experience in synchronous, asynchronous JMS communication as well as SOAP and REST
Practical experience in TIBCO Administrator, Hawk and scripting tools provided by TIBCO (buildear, appmanage, etc)

ÿTechnical Skills

Excellent in designing and developing CPU + Memory efficient apps on TIBCO BW along with failover scenarios
Excellent in SSL Certificates, communicate protocols such as JMS, REST, SOAP, TCP etc.
Excellent knowledge on XSD, XML to JSON, JSON to XML conversation methods
Daily usage of common shell scripting, comfortable to work on *nix OS
Always thinking with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem
Knowledge on Java, and able to provide solutions including Java methods in TIBCO BW applications
Proved adherence to software development lifecycle. Excellent level on GIT

ÿFunctional Skills

Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
Experience in Banking/Financial domain is highly desired
Experience in Agile methodology
Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
Hava a mindset of always improvement, research for best possibe solution

Should be excellent in communication, should have positive attitude towards work and should be eager to learn new things
Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
Should have excellent interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to senior management in IT and Business alike
