TherapistJob Location : DubaiDuties And Essential Job Functions :?Evaluate clients? beauty needs by performing skin analyses with the guidance of the dermatologist when required.?Ability to provide personalized treatment plans and home skincare products.?Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and beauty trends.?Perform various treatments based on clients? needs and doctor?s recommendations in a time-efficient manner.?Administering a variety of aesthetic procedures not limited to laser hair removal.?Properly sterilizing beauty tools and equipment after every use.?Report inventory usage to ensure stocks are refilled daily.?Enhance cross-selling and up-selling by advising homecare treatments and referring clients to other departments.?Continuous education and learning about the latest techniques with machines and products.?Participate in internal and external education courses and training.?Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.?Achieve personal and departmental targetsSkills & Qualifications :?Bachelor?s in Nursing with Laser Certificates or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.?Minimum of 2 years of experience in Beauty/Laser therapy.?Having a strong understanding of Aesthetics treatment and Medical-grade Skin Care.?Excellent customer service and communication skills.?Good Cross-selling and Up-selling skills.?Proactive and willing to learn.
