First Flight Couriers (ME) LLC is a leading player in the courier industry, providing reliable and efficient logistics solutions to businesses across the globe. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team.As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of sales experience in the courier industry and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a territory sales plan that aligns with the overall organizational sales strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts, prospects, and geographic areas for sales growth.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and cultivate new relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve sales performance.
