As a Tender Specialist, CS & Logistics Support, you will:To ensure all tender submissions are timely, of high quality and commercially correct. At the same time, the candidate will support the customer service and logistics department on daily activitiesDay-to-day managment of the RFx process with ultimate accountability for submission qualityManagement of pre-tender sign off process at correct level of authorityGuarantee precise and timely orders processing assuring the expected governance and compliance to internal order management policies and sales condition compliance, from quote confirmation to billing Frictionless Delivery planning and management through the logistic portal: delivery date management, d&I job assignement & activity closingDesirable skills and background:Should hold a degree in any subject (but prefernce to English / Law / Physical Education).APMP / Prince 2 (or equivalent) project management qualifications beneficial.Should have demonstrable experience in tender (3 to 5 years) and RFx related role, with at least 3 of those involved in the direct completion of RFPs / RFIs.Fluent communication in English and Arabic is a must.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
