Our client is in leading Pharma MNC. They are now looking for a�Tender Assistant�to join them.Roles & Responsibilities.

Support in maintaining the Tender KPI dashboard and circulate relevant scorecard to internal stakeholders.
Assures full documentation and maintains a trail of approvals for tracking against SOP.
Verifying pricing offered by distributors for our client quoted tenders within Gulf to ensure no price leakage.
Post awarding of Tender, alignment with Demand and Supply team regarding actual supply period.
Updating the Order Book and ensuring SAP orders are created by Genpact accordingly for all Gulf markets.
Coordinates with distributors with supply schedules/changes for tender orders for all Gulf markets.
