Wyfy Real Estate, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, providing information about our properties, and assisting in generating leads for our sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Wyfy Real Estate?s services and properties.- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to clients about available properties.- Identify client needs and suggest suitable properties based on their requirements.- Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients.- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and client interactions using CRM software.- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High level of motivation and a positive attitude.- Familiarity with the real estate market in Dubai is an advantage.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or real estate are a plus.What We Offer:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for career growth within the company.- Modern office facilities in a prime location in Dubai.
