Job Description

We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Tele sales Specialist (Multi language speaker) to be joining our team in Dubai.*Candidates who has a proven track record of tele sales would be advantageous.Responsibilities:

  • Researching Database Online and Search Engine
  • Generating leads by calling on lists.
  • Calling existing and potential customers.
  • Set up Appointments for viewing with prospective clients
  • Entertaining customer?s inquiries accordingly.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Initiate Email campaigns
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Maintain timely Follow-up?s with prospective clients.
  • Maintain professional relationship with existing clients to cross sell and keep the clients updated
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
  • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
  • Attend campaign briefings
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our client?s services and the objectives of specific campaigns
