Job Description

Job descriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Responsibilities

  • Calling customers and updating them about the companys products, services, or new launches
  • Addressing any customer queries and complaints
  • Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Maintaining and updating database with customer information, especially VIP customer
  • Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
  • Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
  • Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Achieving KPIs and sales achievements
  • Analyzing and presenting competitor sales activities
  • Assisting in facilitating future sales
  • Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned department
