We are looking for a Tele-caller specialist for the Holiday Home CompanyTele-caller Responsibilities:

Calling active owners to encourage their property for listing and rental.
Studying the details of each property, location, type, offer, and rent option
Obtaining and updating lists of individuals contact details.
Noting important details of each conversation
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our broker/sales team for closing.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close the deals
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Conducting your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others dispositions.
Answer questions about service or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the ?extra mile? to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
