  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our real estate services.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate property information, pricing, and offers to clients, ensuring their requirements are understood.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and follow up on client interest.
  • Update CRM with accurate and detailed information after each client interaction.
