Job Description

Primedale Real Estateÿis a growing real estate firm based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. Our team of real estate expert aims to provide seamless property transactions by offering innovative and structured property solutions. Since our inception, we have achieved multiple milestones and covered multiple projects across Dubai.We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivatedÿTele Sales Executivesÿto become part of our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals over the phone. Your primary goal will be to connect with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors, and guide them through the real estate process to meet their needs and achieve their goals. This is a full-time, on-site role as based in Business Bay, Dubai.Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects in a consultative manner, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, follow up on inquiries, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to converse in other languages, such as -ÿ(Arabic / German / Russian / Mandarin / Cantonese / Spanish / Italian)ÿspeaking is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in tele calling in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their home ownership goals.
  • Results-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.
Salary: AED 3,000 + Commission
