Our company is seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telemarketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Telesales Executive, you will be an important part of our sales team and play a key role in expanding our client base.Responsibilitiesú Conduct telesales activities, including cold calling prospective clients and promoting our [real estate] servicesú Follow up on leads generated through various sources to close sales dealsú Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet their requirementsú Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and update the CRM databaseú Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycleú Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsú Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement new initiatives to increase revenue and expand the client baseRequirementsú Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar role in the real estate industryú Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, French, Arabic, Chinese & English.ú Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targetsú Strong negotiation and persuasion skillsú Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteú Ability to work independently and as part of a teamú Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
