We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the call and maintaining good customer relationships.Key Roles & Responsibilities would include:Contact potential or existing customers to sell our product or service using scriptsAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesEnter and update customer information in the databaseHandle grievances to preserve the company?s reputationGo the ?extra mile? to meet sales targets and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements:Proven experience in Telesales or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsAble to speak a minimum of 3 South India languages. Hindi is mandatory.
