Job Description

Below is a?job?post?for a Telemarketer.We are looking for an experienced Arabic & English speaking Telemarketer to join our team. The responsibilities of the telemarketer include making calls to leads and qualifying them based on a prepared script. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.Job Duties:

  • Call prospective customers & cold-calling customers to introduce real estate projects and offer to them
  • Influence customers to buy services and products by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
  • Record names, addresses, contact information, and specifics about budget and requirements.
  • Update received information on data logs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Using scripts to provide information about product?s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
Telemarketer Skills and Qualifications:
  • Arabic & English speaking - MUST
  • Results-driven, persistent and excellent time management
  • Prior experience with telephone sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Good with providing courteous customer service & attending to customer needs
  • Prospecting Skills with a motivation for sales
  • Handles rejection
  • Professionalism
  • Well-versed with product knowledge
  • Must be able to meet daily set KPIs
