Job Description

WE are looking for a motivated, and professional Female Telesales Agent (on a part-time job) and have passionate about real estate and driven to achieve sales goals and perform direct sales, to join our sales team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering sales and properties listings lead generation opportunities through outbound call, cold call, emails presentations, and networking˙for stronger potential database.
  • To establish and build effective, positive, and professional working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to professionally communicate and follow up with landlords and owners.
  • Persuading prospective clients to convince them to buy and arrange a meeting with the sales team member.
  • Track and document calls and sales and update client records or database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Attending Regular team meetings and trainings and remain knowledgeable about Dubai real estate markets.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
