Job Description

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective customers based on provided leads or databases.
  • Engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable investment opportunities to meet their requirements.
  • Building relationships with the client & educating them about Investments.
  • Responsible for achieving the targets.
  • Accelerating client base.
  • Client meetings as and when required.

  • Handle customer concerns professionally, to convert leads into a closed sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales-related activities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team / Manager to enhance the overall sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
