Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a bilingual Telemarketing Representatives females (Arabic & English) to join our growing real estate team. If you have experience in sales, rentals, or property management and love speaking to people, we want to hear from you! ?? Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to promote properties for sale, rent, and property management services. Generate and qualify leads through proactive phone outreach. Schedule appointments and viewings for the sales and leasing team. Maintain and update the CRM with client and property details. Follow up with leads and ensure a high level of customer engagement. Work closely with agents to support sales and leasing operations. ?? Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory Minimum 1?2 years of experience in telemarketing or real estate sales/leasing Freshers can also apply. Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.??
