To manage a team of tele callers and their supervisors to ensure quality met appointments are generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieve sales targets. 1. Recruitment of quality telemarketing executives 2. Monitor retention percentage on regular basis 3. Ensure maximization of number of appointments made through telecalling 4.
