Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a positive attitude.Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Answer inbound customer queries professionally.
  • Explain products/services and assist customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling/sales/customer service.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • UAE work permit/visa preferred (sponsorship available for the right candidate).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 4,000 (based on experience) + incentives.
