Job Description

We?re looking for a Tele Sales - Team Lead for our Clinic, who can help us increase sales and grow our business. If you?re a results-driven individual with a proven track record in Tele Sales, we want to hear from you!Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the brand name
  • Manage the development of tele sales department?s strategic plan
  • Be a part of the calling team
  • Call patients and explain the services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers/patients
  • Define and ensure high performance standards
  • Ensure proper training is in place for the new hires
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver sales forecasts
  • Develop and oversee sales action plans
  • Coordinate daily workflow for a team of tele callers
  • Design and implement strategies and tactics to maximize conversion and revenue growth
  • Target oriented
  • Develop and manage all outbound and inbound sales efforts
  • Develop and lead a team to achieve goals
