We are seeking motivated female/male individuals to join our team as Digital Sales Specialist/ Executive/Online E commerce Executive for our online brand buyluggageonline.com, based out of Dubai, UAE. As an employee, you will be responsible for selling our exclusive range of Luggage?s, bags, suitcases etc through online platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for Sales go getter enthusiasts who want to work with a professional & growing company in Dubai and contribute to a thriving online business.Responsibilities & duties:- Promote and sell Branded Luggage related products through various online channels, including website, messaging apps, social media platforms, online marketplaces, and your own network.- Engaging & communicating verbal/written with perspective customers in various channels including WhatsApp, Fb & IG messenger, social media, Emails, voice mail etc- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries/Leads, assisting with product selection, and addressing any concerns or issues.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourageand referrals, repeat business.- Stay up to date with the latest Industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our product line.- Meet or exceed sales targets month on month and contribute to the growth of the company.- Reporting to HOD marketingRequirements:- Previous experience in sales or customer service in E Commerce Industry- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficiency in using online platforms such as social media, e-commerce websites, and messaging apps.- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.Salary / Perks ?
