  1. We are looking for an enthusiastic?Tele sales Representative?to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  2. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  3. Answering questions about products or the company.
  4. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  5. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  6. Enter and update customer information in the database.
  7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  8. Handle grievances to preserve the company?s reputation.
  9. Go the ?extra mile? to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  10. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
