DMAXX Properties is looking for dynamic Tele sales Professionals with 1 year experience in real estate industry in UAE, and proven track record in telesales. If you have the ability to convince the clients over the phone to buy and advise them on different investment options, we would love to meet you and take this opportunity to the next level.Responsibilities:-Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.-Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.-Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale option.-Calling property owners to encourage their property listing for rental and sales.-Regular follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into customers.-Maintain and update customer database.-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.-Cold calls as per target assigned.Requirements:-Proven experience as a telecaller or in real estate sales.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.-Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.-Proficient in MS office and working knowledge of CRM.
