DMAXX Properties is looking for dynamic Tele sales Professionals with 1 year experience in real estate industry in UAE, and proven track record in telesales. If you have the ability to convince the clients over the phone to buy and advise them on different investment options, we would love to meet you and take this opportunity to the next level.Responsibilities:-Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.-Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.-Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets-Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale option-Calling active owner/tenants to encourage their property for listing, rental and sales-Cold calls as per target defined.Requirements:-Proven experience as a telemarketer or in real estate sales-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.-Proficient in MS office and working knoweldge of CRMs
