Job Description

We are looking for an experienced female Sales Telemarketer to join our beauty company!˙In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and help us grow our customer base and schedule our clients for beauty courses.Knowledge of Arabic is a must for this position.We are looking for a motivated individual with 2+ years of sales experience. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working independently.The position is fully remote and commission based.Some of the tasks include:

  • Cold call a new client using a given phone directory to offer services and answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
  • Schedule courses and close sales
  • Handle common queries or complaints in an efficient way to ensure maintaining the good reputation of the company.
  • Attend client complaints or questions regarding a product or service in a professional and polite manner.
  • Solve clients possible queries to maintain the organizations professional status.
