Job Description

We are currently hiring energetic and ambitious tele-agents.?The role will require you to be 100% fluent in English as well as Arabic but can be either or.?Your responsibilities will be to making calls and generating leads.?The right candidate must have a likable and engaged personality over the phone. ?Job Duties:? Cold-calling prospect clients.?Clients looking to sell and/or buy properties in Dubai.?

  • Work to ensure a steady count of new listing is achieved to meet your weekly targets.
  • Follow-up with clients if and when viewings are unsuccessful and manage to find them more suitable properties.
  • Liaise with real estate agents and ensure that they are always have new leads, viewings and prospects to engage.
  • Ensure that you keep records and complete details for as many cold, warm or hot prospects. Know and record their budgets, correct living status and short terms ambitions.
  • Hone in your script complete with creative rebuttals to achieve optimum proficiency.?
