CLIENT Application portfolio is complex and covers On Premise JD Edwards ERP, HMS, MOB and POS to Cloud/Hosted applications like NetSuite, SalesForce, Oracle TALEO, FSMS, ROC, LMS and Oracle Analytics Cloud etc.This position Technology Relationship Manager ? Commercial is to support CLIENT?s solutions for EXPO?s Retail & Ecommerce initiatives, POS Hardware/ Software and its Integration with ERP, CRM, BI etc. to ensure operation runs smooth and support our EXPO requirements?Candidate must independently support, develop solutions for Retail simplifying complexities and optimizing business operations through automation. He / She must work with Business and IT teams to Identify automation - consult, develop and support solutions using technologies. Towards this they may work with partners on function support issues and roadmaps??This is a hands on role for a Passionate IT professional who must play Key role, in automating various IT solutions at CLIENT?s Commercial & EXPO business, Support End Users and Proactively delivers continuous Improvement through Innovation and delivering on IT Service Management
