Job Purpose:The purpose of this position is attend and perform various mechanical?works that maintain and support the business growth in organization, ensuring?quality and H&S standards on delivered orders with professional conduct and?report.Core Duties and Responsibilities:? Conduct all?types of mechanical works in DWTC to maintain related assets within DWTC?complex in an operational and safe manner, with zer o down time.? Assist other?departments for their mechanical requirements in various jobs, functions and?events to support business continuity.? Assist line?manager in the preparation of defects notifications, monitoring progress?effectiveness remedial works, outstanding works and end of defect works carried?out by outside contractors to keep up DWTC assets in operational condition.? Implement duties in line with the Quality standards,?Security and Health & Safety requirements, to ensure safe working?environment free of business interruption.? Report on performed jobs created by work orders?accurately in terms of man-hours and consumables to allow for better?controlling of labour s cost and inventory items.? Maintain a professional conduct with customers and?end-users all building s premises to promote good presentation of Engineering?discipline in organization.Formal Education:? Tradesman certificate/diploma holder in mechanical systems.Work Experience:? At least 3 years?relevant experience as Mechanic.Skills and Knowledge:? Familiar with fabrication and aluminium sheet cutting.? Artistic and handcrafting skills.? Talented usage of various tools, hammering machine, drills, hand cutters, screwing machine etc.Training:? General Mechanical Works.? Basic English course
