Overview of the Role:Join our team as a Workshop Technician and play a pivotal role in delivering dealership services for customer vehicles to the highest standards. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure optimal quality, increased productivity, and technical efficiency, contributing significantly to workshop revenue generation.ÿWhat You Will Do:

  • Execute assigned repairs within standard time or less, demonstrating efficiency and precision.
  • Proactively anticipate potential future failures and provide comprehensive additional job reports, including correct part numbers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols while performing service/repairs, following standard job flow procedures meticulously.
  • Conduct required repairs according to the manufacturers standards, ensuring correct resolution in a First-Time Fix (FRFT) manner.
  • Utilize relevant check sheets and log sheets during diagnosing and repair processes, adhering strictly to procedures.
