Performs routine and preventive maintenance ,inspections and repairs for all the ventilation, air condition systems, plumping and electrical work for the warehouse, freezer room and head office to ensure that equipment are in good condition. Keeps record of all installed equipment and spare-parts, operates, and maintains maintenance tools and equipment to ensure safety standards and effective utilization of equipment. Provides regular feedback on maintenance work and any problems in repairing and installation equipment to line manager to maintain quality. Coordinates with suppliers and the purchasing department to set order specifications and requirement to ensure compliance with standards Responsible for being the first contact person in case of emergency, to ensure the resolving immediate safety concerns. Performs other relative duties assigned by his line manager Requirements Electro-Mechanical Technician/Diploma Minimum 2 ? 3 years of Related work experience. Knowledge of safety and health UAE regulations Preferred Bilingual, Spoken and Written fair proficiency Good communication skills Problem solving abilities Time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects Valid UAE Driving License
