Must have an Oil & gas background preferably someone who has trained people in Permit Systems, Process Safety, Hazardous Energy Isolation etc.
Relevant Bachelor?s degree or HND.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Familiar with NEBOSH/OPITO and HSE standards.
BOSIET/ T-BOSIET & IMIST Credentials for Offshore travel.
NEOBOSH IGC ( International General Certificate).
Experience in on the job coaching.
Proficiency in MS Office ( PowerPoint/Outlook/ excel)
Job Functions
Must be able to deliver training to an audience consisting of various nationalities as well as carry out assessments.
Training people in Permit Systems, Process Safety, Hazardous Energy Isolation etc.
Travel to offshore fields for 5-6 days at a time to deliver training and close any gaps with regards to training KPI?s
Create monthly reports on training that has been completed.
Deliver Online classes via ZOOM or similar.
