VAM Systems is currently looking for Technical Support Engineer for our UAE operations with the following terms and conditions:Skill:1.Talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Technical Support Team should have certified on ITIL,MCSE, CCNA and Office 365 is a plus.2. Provide Network and Telecommunication services for both internal and external customers ineffective, efficient and timely manner in order to deliver the agreed service levels.3. Provide, maintain and monitor organisation?s desktop computing environment for both internal andexternal customers in effective, efficient and timely manner to ensure smooth desktop services.4. Efficiently and effectively resolve complaints, service requests, problems and changes in a timelymanner in order to meet the agreed service levels with both internal and external customers.5. Accurately communicate with both internal and external customers in a timely manner in order tokeep them up to data with the required information.6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies and undertake regular research anddevelopment in order to give innovative solutions to business? technology needs when they arerequired.7. Maintain the printing environment in a cost-effective way taking into consideration RAKEZ?s greeninitiatives to ensure that printers are managed in efficient way.8.
