Therefore, our efforts to help and give all necessary tools for employees to become successful professionals are a priority to us.We are growing and expanding, therefore we are hiring for Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai!THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Solve technical issues and look for a way to reduce them;
  • Consult employees and customers on device/solution related technical issues;
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records;
  • Prepare technical tasks;
  • Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests and resolving problems;?
  • Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts,
  • completing installation, performing acceptance tests;
  • Prepare and provide training for employees and clients about our company?s products and solutions;
Communicate with clients and provide Technical Support/Technical Help via phone/Skype and remote
  • connection;?
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved
  • methods and techniques, recommending system improvements;
  • Available to visit clients in UAE and able to meet customers in office and be involved in meetings to answer technical questions;?
  • When needed, take part in exhibitions/conferences and present technical presentation of our product
