Technical ManagersJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesQualifications and Experience :•Education: Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional charter (PE, CEng, P.Eng., etc.) is highly preferred.•Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in a senior technical management role on large-scale projects (high-rise, hospitals, airports, or large mixed-use developments).•Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering at least two of the three core disciplines (Civil, , Facade) on a major project from concept to completion.•Technical Skills and Knowledge•Expertise in one, with strong working knowledge of the other two: Civil/Structural Engineering, Systems, or Facade Engineering.•In-depth knowledge of international building codes and standards (IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, EN, etc.).•Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and clash detection software (e.g., Autodesk Navisworks).•Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and materials.•Strong skills in reading and interpreting complex architectural, structural, and services drawings
