Responsible to manage the design team. Responsible for managing the design process using programme/ time awareness and Technical expertise. Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and obligations in the development of a building design Responsible for encouraging and inspiring design team to produce their best work using their full flair, experience, resources and talents in a cost effective way. Responsible for attending & coordinating department meetings. Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate. Responsible for collaborating with other departments Responsible for delegating and reviewing team assignments. Responsible for creating innovative designs, drafts, or presentations. Responsible to ensuring design quality and that design directives are followed. Act as the point of contact and communicate for technical and design related matters both internal and external of the company. Liaise with Clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. Make certain that client?s needs are met as the project evolves. Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.
