1. Have SOE certificate and experience in managing large villas.
2.Familiar with and master UAE construction codes, rich technical experience, able to write construction organization design scheme, schedule plan and material plan (referred to as base line above), able to guide and review shop drawing, docking and coordination of subcontracted technical work, and docking with supervisors and owners.
3.Contact relevant local government departments for business connection, such as DM,DDA and other government acceptance work.
