Job Description

Our ClientWere now collaborating with a fantastic startup that provides an on-demand staffing platform for part-time and temporary workers. Theyre looking for a hands-on Technical Lead whos willing to embark on a rapid growth path by growing a potential unicorn.Your Responsibilities

  • Even large and complex projects will be required of you to execute and deliver end-to-end, with or without the help of other team members.
  • Lead the technical team and ensure that the product is delivered on schedule and in good condition.
  • During the discovery phase, collaborate with the product and business teams to recommend the best technical solutions.
  • Between the product and technical teams, communicate requirements and business expectations.
  • Conduct research and proof-of-concept tests to identify and develop innovative technologies and solutions that will provide you with a competitive edge.
  • Ensure that security standards are followed.
  • Enhance the present solutions quality and performance.
Your Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on expertise with NodeJS backend development (Preferably have worked with NestJS)
  • 3+ years of experience as a hands-on leader, manager, or similar position OOP (object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns) experience is required.
  • TypeScript, Microservices, and Kubernetes expertise.
  • Multi-tiered distributed systems, API-based and event-based communication are all skills youll need.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud Platform), as well as a thorough understanding of the CI/CD process (Jenkins, Travis, etc)
